I decided to start this blog for many reasons. First and foremost, I decided to start it to keep a journal of what is happening in our lives from day to day. The days go by so quickly that it is hard to keep track. Secondly, I would like a place that I can write down my thoughts and feelings about certain things. I'm not the smartest or the funniest person by any definition but I do have things to say and I think that they matter.
Today is New Years Eve and we are planning on spending some time with friends. It's raining outside so the kids are bummed that they can't go outside and pop fireworks. My oldest, Amberly, just finished the dinner dishes and everything is relatively calm. What I mean it that for our house it is calm.
This year has been very uneventful for the whole family and I am very thankful for it. We haven't had to move again...yet. We haven't had any major sicknesses or injuries. God has provided for us and I am so thankful to Him. I wonder what 2013 will bring.
